Mindfulness Training for individuals, schools and organisations


Our teachers have been trained by the Centre of Mindfulness Research and Practice that is part of the School of Psychology at Bangor University an international center for excellence in mindfulness training. They all have a long personal experience of mindfulness practice and a high level of teaching skill and, where appropriate, receive supervision in the area they work in. They are on the UK Mindfulness Network.

I have been
practicing mindfulness for over 20 years and trained in the USA, France, Germany as well as all over the UK. I trained to teach mindfulness at Bangor University’s Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice.
I have taught mindfulness to thousands of people – at workplaces, school staff and pupils, Adult Education, libraries, GP practices, hospitals, on the radio and at the National Gallery.
