Our teachers have been trained by the Centre of Mindfulness Research and Practice that is part of the School of Psychology at Bangor University an international center for excellence in mindfulness training. They all have a long personal experience of mindfulness practice and a high level of teaching skill and, where appropriate, receive supervision in the area they work in. They are on the UK Mindfulness Network.
