Workshops for graduates of the MBSR course
Workshops for MBSR graduates are weekly at 7.30 for 2 hours on Thursdays from September 8 2017. We practise together and are building a community of people who want to deepen their experience of mindfulness. Contact Sue Bolton if you would like to join us.
